New Delhi, March 14, 2019: The new 2019 Ford Figo facelift will be launched in India on 15th March. Ahead of the official launch, a Team-BHP reader has got some exclusive information on the variants on the upcoming model. According to the latest leak, the new 2019 Ford Figo will come in a total of seven variants out of which four will be petrol and the remaining three will be diesel. The new Figo will be offered in three trim levels namely Ambiente, Titanium and Titanium Blu. The 2019 Ford Figo will likely get three engine options – a 1.2-litre petrol, a 1.5-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel. Only the 1.5-litre petrol engine option will come with a six-speed automatic transmission while five-speed manual gearbox will be standard across the variant range.
According to reports published in financialexpress.com The latest addition to the Ford Figo variant line up, the new Titanium Blu is expected to boast some new features. Being the top of the line variant, the Figo Titanium Blu is expected to get some interesting bits like dual tone roof, 15-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlamps, leather-wrapped steering wheel and additional airbags for better safety. The new 2019 Ford Figo facelift is expected to be launched in India at a slightly higher price compared to the outgoing model, courtesy the added features on offer.
The new 2019 Ford Figo facelift is also expected to get a new dashboard along with a new center console, the same unit that comes on the new Aspire. Apart from this, the SYNC3 infotainment system will also make its way on the new Figo. The new 2019 Ford Figo facelift is already on sale in the international markets where it is currently being sold under the ‘Ka’ nameplate. The India-spec version of the Ka, the Figo gets almost the same updates as the global-spec Ka and Ford Freestyle.
